shredded coconut

chopped walnuts

gogi berries

almond butter

coconut oil, melted

cup
honey

vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl combine oats, coconut, walnuts, almonds, gogi berries and salt. Mix to combine.
In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix.
Pour the liquid mixture into the dry and mix until evenly combined.
Line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the oat mixture over the sheet pan and press to firmly pack together until about 1/4 inch thick.
Bake for about 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool. Once cool, slice into bars.
