  • 1/2 Avocado, ripe
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp freshly ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup unsweetened oat milk
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango or pineapple
